📜 General Guidelines

All students are expected to uphold the values and dignity of Rathtala Rajlakshmi Balika Vidyamandir.

Identity & Uniform

Students must wear the prescribed school uniform daily, which must be neat and clean.
The School Identity Card must be worn at all times within the campus.
Hair must be neatly tied. Fancy clips, heavy jewelry, or makeup are strictly prohibited.
Black school shoes and white socks are mandatory.

Attendance & Punctuality

75% attendance is mandatory for promotion to the next class and for appearing in Board Exams.
Students must arrive at school by 10:35 AM for the assembly. Latecomers will not be admitted.
Leave applications must be signed by the guardian and submitted to the Class Teacher in advance.
Absence during school exams or assessment periods requires a medical certificate.

Discipline & Conduct

Students must maintain silence in the library and corridors.
Use of mobile phones or electronic gadgets within the school premises is strictly prohibited.
Any damage to school property (furniture, labs, library books) will attract a fine.
Respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students is non-negotiable. Bullying or ragging will lead to immediate suspension.

Academic Responsibilities

Students must bring the school diary and relevant text/exercise books every day.
Homework and assignments must be submitted on time.
Participation in co-curricular activities and school functions is highly encouraged for holistic growth.
Guardians are requested to attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM) to track progress.
